Hollie Graze is the owner, designer, and maker behind Mollycat Mosaics. She has a fine art degree, and explored many mediums before finding her passion with the art of mosaic.

"With mosaics, the colors are determined by the materials being used, however, the shape, flow, texture and image are up to me. I love putting colors together in fabulous flattering combinations to elicit a certain feeling or tone. My materials of choice include glass, ceramic, tile, beads and mirror. I love playing with light and often mix matte, metallic, opaque, and transparent glass in a single mosaic. I use a variety of textures and shapes and look at how pieces should be placed to create a sense of flow or stillness. I occasionally use pieces of jewelry, sea glass, metal and pebbles for added texture and visual interest. I love exploring new substrates, adhesives and methods such as glass on glass and three-dimensional mosaics. I like to be precise with each cut and placement."
